J'ai essayé de résoudre le problème avec la dernière bonne configuration et aussi de demarrer en mode sans échec. mais rien n'a marché. J'ai besoin de votre aide car je ne veux pas perdre mes données sujet ... Et là, depuis que je l'ai installé, y'a Internet Explorer qui ne veut plus se fermer et qui dit que à chaque fermeture (alt f4) que il doit fermer parce qu'il aurait planté ... Donc, je m'arme pour désinstaler Néro , mais Vista n'arrive pas à le désinstaller (il y a un message d'erreur et ne fait rien).
